Our Accessibility Statement
Last updated: October 2026
Hirednice Plumbing wants every person to be able to use hirednice.living, including people with disabilities. This statement describes how we approach that goal. It is a general template. It is not legal advice.
Our Goal
We want this website to work for as many people as we can. We aim to follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, a widely used set of standards for accessible websites.
Steps We Take
To support access, we aim to do the following:
- Use clear headings and a logical page layout
- Add text descriptions for images that carry meaning
- Keep text easy to read with good color contrast
- Let visitors move through the site with a keyboard
- Build pages that work on phones, tablets and computers
- Use plain, simple wording
- Label form fields clearly
Where We Fall Short
Some parts of the website may not fully meet these standards yet. Material from outside sources, such as embedded tools or services, may be beyond our control. We check the site from time to time and fix problems as we find them.
Getting Help Another Way
If part of the website is hard to use, you can still get help. Request a callback to speak with a plumber, or email contact@hirednice.living and we will do our part to assist.
Tell Us What You Think
We welcome your thoughts on how accessible this website is. Please email contact@hirednice.living and share:
- The page or feature that gave you trouble
- What happened and what you expected
- The browser, device or assistive technology you used, if you know
We will read your message and aim to reply within a few business days.
Always Improving
Accessibility is never finished. As we update this website, we will keep it in mind and keep working to do better.
Request a callback
Tell us what is going on and request an estimate. A local provider in our network can follow up. Prefer to talk? Request a callback to check provider availability.
